The ending visuals begins off with Tony Shimura standing all alone in a open field, in the night time. He was looking up at the sky and the wind blows all around him. He had his eyes closed as well. His grimoire can be seen in his left hand as well.
As soon as he opens his eyes, the scene goes into white.

Lily and Tony Shimura is now hugging each other as Kaito had faded away into the light, completely.
